- Minimum Experience: 5-7 years (agency background)
- Strong leadership in managing and mentoring creative teams
- Mastering end-to-end creative process both visual & narrative creative processes.
- Hands-on understanding of digital, social, and integrated campaigns
- Drive big ideas while ensuring strong execution
- Highly collaborative across strategy, account, and production teams
- Clear communicator, confident in client presentations and pitches
- Agile mindset and able to handle multiple projects at once
