Terms & Conditions

Bon’s Greatest Hits (bon! × 2 Degrees of Separation)

By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Screening

• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a spot at the event.

• All registrations are subject to a screening and approval process conducted by the organizers.

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Instagram account information is required for screening purposes.

2. Ticket Purchase

• Early Bird tickets are available at IDR 299,000 until Thursday, June 18, 2026, or until allocation runs out.

• Full Price tickets are available at IDR 330,000 thereafter.

• A registration is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified by the organizers.

• Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for approved applicants.

3. Refund & Transfer Policy

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, credits, or future events.

• Ticket transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event date, subject to organizer approval.

4. Event Experience

• The event includes tasting portions of eight signature dishes, dessert, and free-flow beverages as specified by the organizers.

• Menu items, beverages, and event programming may be subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements.

• The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed in advance, but cannot guarantee allergen-free food preparation.

5. Conduct & Community Guidelines

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and venue personnel.

• Harassment, discrimination, excessive intoxication, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

6. Photography & Content Usage

• Photos and videos may be captured during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.

• By attending the event, participants grant the organizers permission to use such content across marketing, social media, and communication channels without additional compensation.

7. Liability

• Participants attend the event at their own risk.

• The organizers and venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, injury, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the event, except where required by applicable law.

8. Event Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue arrangements, menu offerings, or event format if necessary.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be informed regarding available remedies, which may include rescheduling or refund options.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected through the registration form will be used solely for participant screening, event administration, and future communications from bon! and 2 Degrees of Separation.

• Participant data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties without consent, except as required by law.

By submitting the registration form and completing payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
