March is a very special month for women because of the International Women’s Day on 8 March. This celebration is a movement to speak about women’s right and gender equality. This year’s campaign theme is #PressforProgress, a strong call to accelerate gender parity.
Every year, Indonesia also celebrate the movement through Women’s March, currently will happen in 13 cities: Jakarta, Kupang, Lampung, Malang, Bandung, Tondano, Bali, Pontianak, Salatiga, Serang, Sumba, Surabaya and Yogyakarta. In Jakarta, it will be held on Saturday, 3 March 2018 / 07:00 AM, starts from Sari Pan Pacific Parking Lot, Sarinah.
