Menu selection included Cocoa Clove Cured Beef, Parmesan Pudding Red Wine Infused Goat Cheese Caramelized Cocoa Nibs; Fish Pasta Bon Bon, White Chocolate Kemangi Sauce; Coffee Braised Beef, Dark Chocolate Sauce and spectacular desserts from “Textures Of Chocolate” (Flexible Ganache, Chocolate Coral, Chocolate Crumble, Chocolate Puffs) to second dessert, Kecombrang Infused Dark Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Fluid Gel, Salted Chocolate feuilletine, and Pistachio Madeleine. Totally worth the spurs on your fine palette.
