A SWISS TREAT AT MARCHE
Hey folks, thanks for staying tune. And here we are again with AQUA Reflections dining guide you’ve been waiting for! This time, we are hitting the town for a little part of Switzerland side to Marche This specially written article has been curated and approved by AQUA Reflections spokesperson himself, Master Chef – Arnold Poernomo. We have always loved Marche because of their intimate setting and warm ambience it provides. It just feels safe there, don’t you agree? Anywho. Let’s get to what you should eat here, shall we?! Now many of you will directly jumped into pasta, and the grill section (all a good choice) – but what you all are missing, is the Rosti – which is a swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes. The one that we had is the Bacon and Egg Rosti – which is made in heart shape (perfect for you lovebirds who’ll be eating here). The other hidden menu that we had here is the Savoury Crepe. Now this menu may seemed like a huge dorrito – because of it ginarmous size – so be sure to eat it amongst others (unless you’re in real hunger mode). We have to say its quite nourishing, and have a very bold taste. So, its best to have a dessert to accompany your after meal. For dessert, Marche is very well stocked with delicious dessert (you’ll droll when you’re standing for way too long). So beware. The Marche Fruit Cake is the first one that we ordered, which is very delicious. We love how the strawberry is at its fantastic size – not to mention, extremely juicy. This menu is definitely a must have at Marche.
We may seemed like we don’t we eat much today at Marche – but with all the fresh produce it always has, and tasty flavour, we’ll be sure to come back. For those of you who didn’t know, Marche is present at Plaza Senayan and Grand Indonesia – where each carries its own stunning Swiss-village like setting. Be sure to snap your best photos. See you at the next AQUA Reflections Dining Guide where we’ll take you to taste the hittest Modern French Cuisine at the Heart of Jakarta, Avec Moi.
