Working for the first day ain’t easy – and thank goodness for Gabriela Tjandra (our ex intern) for inviting us for a warm cup of coffee at the newest coffee shop at Pasar Festival called the Lucky Cat (yes, like the cat puppet at every entrance of any business). This place is started by the same owner that created Dim Sum Inc, and Sajiva at Karawaci (hence, you can see some similar designs on every corner). Nevertheless, we always say to ourselves to keep a fresh mind on entering new establishments. We have to say that we’re proud of many Coffee Shop around Jakarta for maintaining it’s own poise and dignities along its originalities – and we have to say the Lucky Cat is no exception to it too. We simply loved it’s originality (seriously, it’s like entering a whole new fresh grounds within the heated road and skyscrapers). The service is exceptional – and we simply loved their Mushroom & Avocado on Toast! Yes, they have main courses – from Roasted Chicken, Pastas and Breakfast selections (don’t worry they have fresh pastries which is perfect after a heavy meal).
For this blog post, we are trying to serve you with fresh – un-edited pics (we just love the natural light) – so we do hope you enjoyed it. And please, give them a hand (they simply deserve it!). PS! they are thinking to open the place for 24 hours! So let’s hope so!
