Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows Dinner was hosted at Ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta, Pacific Place on Thursday, 25th June 2016. Up to 150 VIP guests were invited to enjoy the excellent pairing of fine cuisine and with the legendary Hennessy X.O Cognac.

Well, you had probably known that Hennessy is the world’s largest cognac producer and the headquarters is in Cognac, France.  Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows Dinner is one of their biggest event and similar event had been held in many cities in the world.

The venue were designed so glamorous. Very amazed with the presentation! The MC told us not to move the glass on top of the table because if you move it, you can’t see the “magic”. And yep, all the glasses were flaming! Not literally flaming, but thanks to the light effect, the glass looked like flaming. Presentation was so impressive!

Also came to the event, the eight-generation of cognac dynasty Hennessy, Maurice Hennessy. Before the dinner started, a short film presentation by award winning Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn and Hennessy X.O Exclusive Collection Gold Edition was shown to all guests. The bottle features a robust design by British industrial designer Tom Dixon. Both were also the highlight of this event.

All guests were invited to savor the delights of a gastronomic experience by renowned Malaysian Chef Darren Chin. He has cooked professionally for more than 14 years and was trained in France for two years. No wonder that all menu were crafted so artistically and beautifully!

Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows Dinner is definitely one of the night to be remembered.
