Union is a brasserie, bakery and bar from the same creators of Loewy. All the menus are guided by young chef, Adhika Maxi and bakery by Karen Carlotta. Situated overlooking the serenity of Plaza Senayan courtyard with its leafy trees and choreographed fountains, Union pays its tribute to classic early 20th century American bistros.
Other than it’s fantastic 1920 New York feel, UNION offers a prime food destination for it’s guest. The dessert: try their Red Velvet Cake. Try also Mie Goreng with Foie Gras – it’s a keeper.
