Jakarta’s vibrant dining scene is transformed with the addition of the city’s premium Japanese dining venue, OKU. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta unveils its seventh food and beverage establishment on 1 April 2016. OKU will be a unique eatery helmed by Chef Kazumasa Yazawa.
Chef Kaz presents a modern take on Japanese dishes with traditional flair, and to make the restaurant the perfect combination of both business and leisure dining destination. The name OKU itself implies the peeling back of the layers of an onion, representing the culinary journey that diners will experience at the outlet while savouring these “life stories”.
