Lin Artisan Ice Cream is the first ice cream store in Indonesia that uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the ingredients. The place uses fresh and natural ingredients with no preservatives, no colorings and no flavorings. Each cup is made to order on the spot so there is an option of less sugar or less cream. With liquid nitrogen, the texture of the ice cream is smooth and no ice particles are formed because of the quick-freezing method. Moreover, all of its recipes are gathered from an italian gelato shop which has a long history in ice-cream making.
I always curious every time I passed by (from Kemang Village via Kemang), and finally tried this with my friend who came back from Denmark month ago. I ordered Dark Chocolate with Choco Chip (CMIIW) and she ordered Strawberry Chessecake. Both taste awesome! and The Strawberry Cheesecake is just amazing and worth to try if you want to try something new!!
