Jun Njan

Jun (Yong in Chinese) means forever. Njan (Yuan in Chinese) means source. It means to ‘always remember your source / roots’. We believe our grandfather came up with this name for the restaurant to teach us a valuable lesson: To always remember our roots and to remember their humble beginnings. Over the decades, we have served up many old-time favourites such as Steamed Live Prawn and Fried Crab Jun Njan Style. Yet with the change of times, we want to introduce a new concept of Jun Njan Seafood Restaurant: A blend of the old and the new with the introduction of new dishes, new ambience and new image
