Helming Japanese premium dining, OKU, Chef Kaz has many years’ experience in crafting authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Now he will share his tips and tricks in creating delicious and delightful dishes.
This interactive Japanese exclusive dining experience for 24 people sees a five-course dinner accompanied by Chef Kaz sharing his culinary philosophy, as well as offering you the chance to learn about some of his ingredients of choice, hands-on techniques and more. The Chef’s Table at OKU is happening on 20 July 2017 and priced at Rp 1,000,000++/person including paired wine.
